SDBM Extension for perl 5 build 103

The file SDBM_File.pll has been compiled from the Build 103 source
distribution for ntperl5. It should be extracted and unzipped and 
placed in the following directory:-

	c:\win32app\perl5\lib\auto\SDBM_File

(The first part may be different on your machine, depending where
 you installed perl).

As far as I know, this works ONLY with Build 103 of ntperl5. I have
placed it here in the hope that it may be useful to perl users without
C++ compilation facilities.

This binary and its associated documentation is not supported by me or by
my employer, I do not make any guarantees about its fitness for any 
purpose, nor do I commit to making future versions available.
